In order to properly fulfill the tasks of the foundation, a board of members and a chair must be appointed. The foundation board consists of voluntary members who support the tasks and goals of the foundation with their activities.

Furthermore, the foundation is to be managed and operated in accordance with the founding documents. The organ of the foundation is a foundation council, consisting of the president and at least two other members. A secretary takes care of the administrative affairs of the foundation together with the president.

The regular term of office for a member is 4 years. A reappointment for a second term is possible.
